Eduventure: A Tailor-Made Model for Transforming Academic Potential into Entrepreneurial Value
EDUVENTURE strengthens STEM innovation capacity by embedding edupreneurship, IP awareness, research-to-market support, and venture creation pathways into HEI structures under Topic 1.
Selected under Topic 1: EIT-HEI-2025-STEM-CAPACITY-BUILDING, EDUVENTURE supports Higher Education Institutions in turning academic potential into entrepreneurial value. The project focuses on strengthening STEM-focused innovation and entrepreneurship capacity by connecting learning, technology transfer, problem-based innovation, industry collaboration, and venture support.
At the centre of EDUVENTURE is a tailor-made institutional transformation model that helps students, researchers, academic staff, and innovation support teams develop the competences and structures needed to move ideas from education and research into real-world application. The project combines modular training, mentoring, IP awareness, STEM innovation modules, challenge-based formats, and industry–academia co-creation.
EDUVENTURE also establishes a structured pathway from skills development to venture creation. Through innovation and IP clinics, industry challenge sprints, pre-seed validation, incubation, acceleration, investor access, and market validation, the project aims to help participating HEIs build repeatable research-to-market mechanisms. By aligning with EIT Climate-KIC, 28DIGITAL, and EIT Manufacturing, EDUVENTURE connects STEM talent development with Europe’s green, digital, and industrial transformation priorities.
