Key Success Factors:

  1. Strong leadership and management that can oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the office and its programs.
  2. Adequate resources to acquire the office space and equip it with necessary equipment, furniture, and technology.

Holistic Capacity Building: A comprehensive capacity-building plan is incorporated into our project strategy. This includes training sessions, workshops, mentorship programs, and skill development initiatives for the staff and stakeholders of the Entrepreneurship and Leadership Center. By investing in the growth of the team, we aim to enhance the overall effectiveness and impact of the center’s operations.

Long-Term Sustainability: To address center’s sustainability beyond the project’s timeline, we have formulated a clear sustainability plan that outlines steps for continued financial support, partnership cultivation, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, we have established a framework for ongoing performance evaluation and adaptation to changing circumstances. This approach will enable the center to remain resilient and continue its valuable work even after the project concludes.

Replicability Guidelines: We have revised our project documentation to include detailed guidelines on replicating the good practice. In addition to explaining the physical office allocation process, we now provide comprehensive insights into the steps needed to replicate the capacity-building initiatives and sustainability measures. These guidelines will serve as a valuable resource for other institutions seeking to establish similar centers with a focus on both infrastructure and human development.
