Application and Budget Planning (Call 2025 Info Sessions)

Join us for “Application and Budget Planning”, an info session aimed at supporting applicants as they prepare their proposals for the EIT Higher Education Initiative Call for Proposals 2025. This session will focus on how to structure a strong application, how to plan effectively with your consortium, and how to approach budget design in a clear and strategic way.

During this 90-minute session, we will outline general principles for building a well-aligned consortium, distributing roles and responsibilities, and ensuring that your partnership structure supports the objectives of your proposal. We will also provide guidance on developing a coherent budget, allocating resources across partners, and planning expenditures that correspond to your project’s activities and ambitions.

Participants will gain a better understanding of how to organise their proposal work, coordinate with partners, and create a realistic and well-balanced budget plan.
