KPI Expectations (Call 2025 Info Sessions)

Join us for “KPI Expectations”, an info session designed to help applicants navigate the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) required under the EIT Higher Education Initiative Call for Proposals 2025. This session will provide a structured overview of both mandatory and optional KPIs, offering participants a clear understanding of what each KPI measures and how they relate to the overall project lifecycle.

During this 90-minute session, we will explain how KPIs are distributed, what realistic target-setting looks like, and how applicants can choose the indicators that best align with their proposed activities. Participants will also receive general guidance on how to interpret KPI definitions, estimate achievable goals, and ensure their selections support a strong and credible proposal.
